Welcome,
I'm a dedicated practitioner of holistic health and I love empowering people to understand their bodies and discover the gentle power of the healing arts. As a Registered Nurse of 18+ years and a Master-trained Reiki practitioner since 2016, I enjoy being able to bridge the gap between Western medicine and the "alternatives," while providing a safe and nurturing atmosphere in which to heal.
At In Flow Reiki, sessions combine traditional Usui Reiki, as originally discovered and taught by Mikao Usui Sensei, & Holy Fire Reiki, a newer form of reiki, which is refined and gentle.
Tuning fork sound healing is added to most reiki sessions, to relax, restore, and harmonize the energy field, body, & nervous system.

My highest vision is to help others find peace and balance through these energetic practices. My heart and my empathic sensitivity are my gifts as I hold space with compassion for you to self-heal. A reiki session will leave you feeling light, warm, and more like your true self-- which, beneath layers of accumulated density, is already present and brilliant. Your essence is divine light, and is ready to shine!

Intuitive Energy Work
Sessions with Karly are relaxed, supportive, and intuitively guided for the individual. Self-healing is facilitated by placings hands in certain positions on or above the recipient’s body in order to facilitate the flow of Reiki, the “universal life energy,” through the Reiki practitioner to the patient. The practitioner is not the source of the healing energy, but a channel for it.

2024 Announcements:
Notice: Temporary Closure 11/9/2024
Dear Friends & Clients,
My office will be temporarily closed due to a personal matter. Already-scheduled classes will resume, but booked sessions will need to be postponed or cancelled for now.
I apologize for any cancellations, or inconveniences this may cause and appreciate your understanding. I will keep up you updated and look forward to serving you and sharing Reiki again, hopefully in December or January. You may text/message me if you'd like to be on the notification list for when bookings open again.

Reiki Classes:
Anyone can learn Reiki! Private Reiki classes are available (please register 2 people. $25 extra for a private a 1:1 class)
After a Reiki Level 2 class you can offer sessions to the public, professionally.
I am generally available on Fridays and Sundays for one day private classes. Message to inquire. I hope to have regular group classes by Fall 2024.
Reiki Group Share:
Are you a Reiki Practitioner or Reiki-attuned Student interested in joining in a Community Reiki Share? I am gathering interest in monthly Thursday evening group to share Reiki in groups (both giving and receiving), -- all levels & lineages attuned to Reiki are invited to attend. I focus on providing a supportive, relaxed, and friendly environment. Please email me @ InFlowNWA@gmail.com or text me to be on the mailing list for dates/times.
