Welcome,
I'm a dedicated practitioner of holistic health and I love empowering people to understand their bodies and discover the gentle power of the healing arts. As a registered nurse of 14+ years and an energy practitioner since 2014, I enjoy being able to bridge the gap between Western medicine and the "alternatives," while providing a safe and nurturing atmosphere in which to heal.
At In Flow Reiki & Wellness, sessions combine traditional Usui Reiki, as originally discovered and taught by Mikao Usui Sensei, & Holy Fire Reiki, a newer form of reiki, which is refined and gentle.
Tuning fork sound healing is added to most reiki sessions, to relax, restore, and harmonize the energy field, body, & nervous system.
For clearing of blocks and defragmenting of the mind/energy system, I offer separate Access Bars sessions

My highest vision is to help others find peace and balance through these energetic practices. My heart and my empathic sensitivity are my gifts as I hold space with compassion for you to self-heal. A reiki session will leave you feeling light, warm, and more like your true self-- which, beneath layers of accumulated density, is already present and brilliant. Your essence is divine light, and is ready to shine!

I am now booking sessions on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays. Please text me or message through the website for appointment requests.

Private Reiki classes are available (must register 2 people). I am generally available on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays for classes. Message to inquire. I hope to have regular classes by Fall 2024.
Are you a Reiki Practitioner or Reiki-attuned Student interested in joining in a Community Reiki Share? I am gathering interest in monthly group to share Reiki in groups (both giving and receiving), -- all levels & lineages attuned to Reiki are invited to attend.
