Welcome,
I'm a dedicated practitioner of holistic health and I love empowering people to understand their bodies and discover the gentle power of the healing arts. As a Registered Nurse of 18+ years (pediatric ER, perinatal, postpartum, surgery, psych/behavioral health, and wellness/integrative health) and a Master-trained Reiki practitioner since 2016, I enjoy being able to bridge the gap between Western medicine and the "alternatives," while providing a safe and nurturing atmosphere in which to heal.

At In Flow Reiki, sessions combine traditional Usui Reiki, as originally discovered and taught by Mikao Usui Sensei, with
tuning fork sound healing to relax, restore, and harmonize the energy field, body, & nervous system.​
My highest vision is to help others find peace and balance through these energetic practices. My heart and my empathic sensitivity are my gifts as I hold space with compassion for you to self-heal. A reiki session will leave you feeling light, warm, and more like your true self-- which, beneath layers of accumulated density, is already present and brilliant. Your essence is divine light, and is ready to shine!

Intuitive Energy Work
Sessions with Karly are relaxed, supportive, and intuitively guided for the individual. Self-healing is facilitated by placings hands in certain positions on or above the recipient’s body in order to facilitate the flow of Reiki, the “universal life energy,” through the Reiki practitioner to the patient. The practitioner is not the source of the healing energy, but a channel for it.

I am hosting Reiki Shares in Fayetteville and Rogers, open to all levels & lineages attuned to Reiki (must have had at least Level 1 Reiki). I focus on providing a supportive, relaxed, and friendly environment. Please join us! For updates you may follow the Facebook group, "NWA Reiki Share"​

Larger group sessions at NWA Healing Hub (for all of the Reiki community) are postponed until fall, but I will be hosting smaller shares at my office in Rogers. ​Students who have taken classes with me may join (2-5 participants max), please text me for dates!

Parking & how to find me:
409 West Poplar Street, Suite 210, Rogers, AR.

To park, look for the Ozark Financial Services parking lot, which on the west side of the building. It is accessible from Poplar, 5th Street, or the alleyway. All tenants and guests of 409 W Poplar may park here.

​To find my office, enter where the 2 brown buildings meet on the side (see picture, as viewed from parking lot). Take the stairs or elevator to the 2nd floor-- you'll see my office right next to the kitchen. If your session is on weekends of after hours I will give you the keycode for the side door :-)
