Welcome,
I'm a dedicated practitioner of holistic health and I love empowering people to understand their bodies and discover the gentle power of the healing arts. As a Registered Nurse of 18+ years (with Baccalaureate Holistic Nursing Certification HNB-BC), and a Healing Touch Practitioner since 2014, I enjoy being able to bridge the gap between Western medicine and the "alternatives," while providing a safe and nurturing atmosphere in which to heal.
My highest vision is to help others find peace and balance through these practices. My heart and my empathic sensitivity are my gifts as I hold space with compassion for you to self-heal. A CST or Restorative Touch session will leave you feeling light, warm, and more like your true self-- which, beneath layers of accumulated density, is already present and brilliant. Your essence is divine light, and is ready to shine!

For those who know me through my reiki work:
After many years of practicing and teaching reiki, I have chosen to step away from reiki. This decision comes from my Christian faith and my understanding that reiki is no longer aligned with my beliefs.
My work has moved in a new direction, and I'm grateful to welcome you into this new chapter. I still offer Restorative Sound & Touch sessions (similar to reiki, without the channeling and symbols), and my new focus is in Craniosacral Therapy.
I'm grateful to continue this work in a way that feels authentic to where I am now, and I'm especially grateful to those of you who have trusted me and supported my work over the years. Emails are welcomed if you have questions - inflowNWA@gmail.com.

Services Provided:
1. Craniosacral Therapy
-
60 minute sessions include light touch to assess and treat the craniosacral system, which includes the brain, spinal cord, cerebrospinal fluid-- which can affect the nervous system, bones, muscles, fascia, and more. The body exhales in a state of rest, allowing the bones to adjust, muscles and fascia to soften or lengthen, and the nervous system finds balance.

Clients have expressed feelings of rest, release, and "nervous system reset" in just one session. Emotional release is possible. Weekly or biweekly sessions allow the work to continue where it was left off.

My training is ongoing, and under the Upledger Institute. In September I will begin Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy training, to deepen my listening and presence with clients, as I tune into the fluids and tides that naturally flow through the brain, spine, and body. All sessions booked after Sept 7 will have this framework included.

Sessions will be donation-based in August as I practice and hone my skills (suggested $50-75+), and $75+ donation in September. Sign up through my booking link.
2. Restorative Touch & Sound

Experience a 60 to 90 minute session combining Therapeutic Touch and sound therapy. Each session begins with tuning forks played gently by the ears to relax and ground the nervous system and body. The remainder of the session includes gentle therapeutic touch-- hands lightly placed on or just over the body. I tune into areas of imbalance in the body and gently place my hands, inviting rest, harmony, and peace to resonate within the body. Prayer may be spoken if invited, but people of all faiths and backgrounds are welcomed here.

I am located at 1949 N Green Acres Road Suite B, Fayetteville Arkansas. Guests of Suite B may park in the designated parking space, or anywhere in the AYC parking lot.
Go up the stairs or the ADA accessible ramp and enter Suite B, as shown in the photo above. There is a small waiting room and restroom inside, I'll find you in the waiting area.
After your session you are welcome to spend time in the garden out back and enjoy some nature, or even book a class next door at AYC. I'm thrilled to be here, and can't wait to show you around!
