I'm a dedicated practitioner of holistic health and I love empowering people to understand their bodies and discover the gentle power of the healing arts. As a Registered Nurse of 18+ years (with Baccalaureate Holistic Nursing Certification HNB-BC), and a Master-trained Reiki practitioner since 2016, I enjoy being able to bridge the gap between Western medicine and the "alternatives," while providing a safe and nurturing atmosphere in which to heal.

At In Flow Reiki, sessions combine traditional Usui Reiki, as originally discovered and taught by Mikao Usui Sensei, with 

tuning fork sound healing to relax, restore, and harmonize the energy field, body, & nervous system.​

 

My highest vision is to help others find peace and balance through these energetic practices.  My heart and my empathic sensitivity are my gifts as I hold space with compassion for you to self-heal.  A reiki session will leave you feeling light, warm, and more like your true self-- which, beneath layers of accumulated density, is already present and brilliant.  Your essence is divine light, and is ready to shine!
