90 Minutes Reiki with Sound Healing

90 minute sessions are recommended for deeper work and healing, for extra relaxation/stress reduction, and for added focus on areas as desired/indicated.  The 90 minute session is my most popular, recommended, and most-booked offering. *The session begins with ~10-15 minutes of sound healing/ tuning fork therapy to ground and center the body, calm and balance the nervous system, clear and harmonize the chakras, and address other areas of concern (endocrine system, hormonal balancing, organ balancing, and more). The remaining time of the session is dedicated to nurturing, transformative, and calming reiki to the body, the auric field, and the chakras.  I remain with hands in each position until I feel the body's energy is "in flow."  

Reiki can heal and transform on physical, emotional, and spiritual levels, and your personal healing intention is discussed before each session (or held in the privacy of your heart). You may message me if desired before the session to let me know what you hope to achieve with your session, which allows me to best prepare.

60 Minutes Reiki with Sound Healing

60 minute sessions are great for ongoing clients desiring a tune-up. Feel clear, balanced, and nourished with a 60 minute session. *The session opens with ~5-10 minutes of sound healing with tuning forks played by the ears, which helps to calm and reset the nervous system and energy centers, followed by nurturing reiki for the remainder of the session.

Reiki can relieve anxiety and other stressors, and heals on a physical, emotional, and spiritual level. When booking, send a brief message stating what you would like to achieve with your session, whether it's relaxation, stress reduction, relief in pain, or any other areas of concern.

Distance Reiki +

Receive the nurturing benefits of reiki from the comfort of your own home!

Effects of reiki are profound, whether given in person or at a distance. Some find distance sessions to be even more beneficial for relaxing, receiving, and experiencing reiki, as they can relax in their own home, without the distraction of travel, being in a new place, or with another person present.  Reiki knows no distance or time, so it can be sent to any person open to receive it, at any place, with full strength.  Whatever your reason, if you would like to experience a distance reiki session, I am happy to hear from you!​

Booking Thursday, Friday, Saturday, and Sundays.

• Session includes call, text, or email consultation -- to let me know your healing intentions or desires (Reach out to me by your preferred method of communication)

• Spirit/entity release with each session, as needed

• Aura cleansing and full body reiki infusion over 45 minutes

• A written report of how the session went will be emailed to you afterwards
